The Museum will remain closed on the 5, 6 & 7 May.
On weekdays the museum is open to the public from 12pm to 3pm, due to our educational programs. On Saturday the schedule is 10am to 3pm and on Sunday the museum is closed.

The museum is closed on public holidays (January 1 & 6, Clean Monday (Pure Monday), March 25, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, May 1, August 15, October 28, December 25 & 26).

By car from Chania: If you take the highway following direction from Chania to Rethymnon, follow the exit to the Industrial Park of Chania – Souda and follow the signs to the Museum of Typography.
If you take the avenue leading to the port of Souda, follow the exit leading to the Industrial Park and the Highway and follow the signs to the Museum of Typography.
By car from Rethymnon – Heraklion – Ag. Nikolaos: On the highway when approaching Chania, follow the exit to the Industrial Park of Chania – after Souda junction – and follow the signs to the Museum of Typography.
By bus: There is no local bus service to and from the Museum of Typography. The bus (No13) departing from the City Market (Agora) towards Souda stops 1.5 km from the museum, at Souda junction, stop “Avra” every 20 minutes or so.
By taxi: The one way ride from the centre of Chania costs about 10 euros. Radio Taxi “Hermes” tel .: 18300, 28210 98 700.
